Legal Agreement & Binding Nature
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Client," "User," or "you") and GOEL Real Estate Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in England and Wales.
By engaging our services, accessing our website, or entering into any business relationship with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. - Misrepresenting your identity, authority, or property ownership
- Engaging in discriminatory or harassing behaviour
Commercial Misuse
- Reselling or redistributing our services without authorisation

- Attempting to recruit our staff or contractors
- Soliciting our clients for competing services

We specifically disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

Important Note: While we strive for excellence in service delivery, property technology integration involves inherent variables and risks that cannot be guaranteed. Our role is advisory and consultative.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GOEL REAL ESTATE LIMITED BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill
- Business interruption or inability to use property
- Data loss or corruption of electronic information
Maximum Liability Cap
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Exceptions to Limitations
These limitations do not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or other matters where liability cannot be excluded by law.
7. Consequential Damages Exclusion
You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any consequential damages arising from:

8. Force Majeure Provisions
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Agreement due to force majeure events, including:

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Dispute Resolution Procedures
We are committed to resolving disputes efficiently and fairly through the following procedure:

11. Severability Clause
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from this Agreement. The remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
12. Terms Modification Policy
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through:
